Shipping is free to all Canadian provinces. Shipping is, however, charged on orders to the Yukon and Northwest Territories, Nunavit, and on all wholesale orders.

That's right. Within 30 days of your purchase, if you don't like your minui HandySitt high chair for any reason, return it to us and we'll refund your initial purchase price (applied to the credit card you made the purchase with, within 7 business days of our receipt of the product) in full.
Details
Our return offer applies to the Portable Seat and accessories only. Because the Chair requires assembly, we're not able to offer refunds on this product.
We will not accept a product for refund if it's dirty (peanut butter, maple syrup...), smelly or otherwise marked up in any fashion. It needs to be as good as new, and returned in its original packaging.
Keiki Enterprises cannot be held liable for losses of any returned box and will only issue credit/replacement once the returned box is in our possession.
If you're returning any accessories, they and their packaging must be in perfect condition.
Shipping times
It depends on where you are, but shipping typically takes 3-7 business days via Fedex Ground or Canada Post Expedited. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day of receipt. Shipping times are approximate and are in addition to processing times.
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated above, but we're unable to provide an exact delivery date. An order confirmation will be sent to you via email immediately upon placement of your order and another email complete with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
